Do you want to spend a weekend in beautiful nature at Söderåsen National park in the heart of Skåne, Sweden? Do you want to be less stressed and be reconnected with yourself and nature, and be able to handle everyday life as the best version of yourself?
There are endless numbers of health effects that nature, food, mindfulness and yoga does to our body and mind, and that is what makes this event so special. At this weekend we are combining all of the important keys to a happy life.
When you are leaving the event we are hoping that you have gained inspiration, new energy and tools to be able to start your own journey towards a happier stress-free life!
Yoga is a union between our body, our breath and our mind –
Take the opportunity to do yoga with Adriana Stan from adYogini. She is coming all the way from Belgium to teach you yoga by using simple breathing techniques and light bodywork, and we will be tuning in with ourselves and with nature. We will disconnect and at the same time connect deep within, both with each other and with our surrounding. Grounding, healing and balancing.
MINDFULNESS AND FOREST BATHING
The –Mindfulness and Forest Bathing part also known as Shinrin-yoku has proved to be a life-saver for those looking to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
Join local Felicia Eckersten FORCE OF NATURE on a guided forest walk. During this weekend retreat, you will learn simple “nature connection” techniques that will help attain peace of mind, improve mental and physical strength, reduce stress and assist with coping abilities. The mindfulness will then continue thru the weekend with tips how you can practice to be more aware in your everyday life.
It’s plant based food the whole weekend and you are also going to learn what it means and how to make it. You will also have the opportunity to pick some of nature’s own eatable plants.
WHERE WE SPEND THE NIGHT AND HOW TO GET THERE
We are going to stay at Pensionat Söderåsen
Pensionat Söderåsen is situated just next to Söderåsen National Park in Skäralid, you’ll see signs saying “Pensionat Söderåsen 1″. The distance from Helsingborg is 45 km, and from Malmö 65km, not more than one hours’ drive. Copenhagen is only 1,5 hour away. Parking is available in designated areas.

It is easy to get here by Skånetrafikens trains and buses from Copenhagen / Malmö, Lund / Helsingborg. Bus 518 runs between Stehag and Klippan train stations and stops at the bus stop “Skäralid National Park” and from there it’s only about 10 minut walk to Pensionat Söderåsen.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable and warm clothes and shoes suited for yoga outdoor. Everything is going to be outside in Mother Nature.
Snacks and water bottle.

You will be able to get 50% of your money back up to 21 days before the event. After 21 days no refund.
